Frames are one of the main factors determining the overall appearance of our yacht and its entire structure. Before proceeding to the design part, which we follow with pleasure, we must create a floor for beautiful furniture by completing our skeleton. At this point, the framework stage is of great importance.
We started the week with the cleaning process of the yacht frame. After this process was completed, the faceplates of the frames were bent according to the slope pattern of the frames and the processing was continued. The frame faceplates have been made ready for installation. We will primarily be assembling the frames located between the 7th and 17th.
The support elements located on the curtain were separated according to the brand numbers. Then on the 16th, the installation of the waterproof curtain was completed. On the 24th, the installation of the support elements of the waterproof curtain, which is located in the post, was started.
After the cleaning process of the boat's mail was completed, the mail was received and the mail was bent according to the slope pattern. The frame was taken and prepared for assembly. First of all, 7. With 17. the frame will be assembled.
Faceplates of the tank deckhands located between the 17th post of the boat and the 7th post were installed. Between these two frames, there are fuel tanks.
Then it was prepared by welding. Preliminary production of the boat's tank guns has been completed. Firstly, the construction of the area between these two posts will be completed and the boat will be decommissioned and its posts will be assembled.
The preliminary manufacture of longitudinal elements, which will coincide with the machine legs, has been completed and the installation of faceplates will begin.
