Hello everyone from the new division of Naval Yachts. We've had a pretty busy week. Antalya, contrary to what is known, is going through cold and windy days. Regardless of the weather conditions, we are continuing our work at full speed.

XPM78 is one of the 5 boats currently in our shipyard. We will pass on the developments related to V2 to you.

The XPM series is one of our most preferred models with its power and lightweight. A spacious and comfortable option for families who like to discover new places and make long trips, the XPM series attracts attention with its comfort as well as its safety. The quality of the furniture used in interior design, on the other hand, supports its safety.

The fact that you know that your boat will always support you and not let you down during your trips with the XPM series makes your trip enjoyable.

The first boat of our series was launched in February last year with the waves. XPM78/1 users are experienced, sea lovers who love to explore and travel. They visited us last week by coming to Finike, a beautiful district of Antalya.

Just like during the construction of our yachts, we don't lose touch afterward and we always make sure to be with them. We consider it our duty to create solutions to all their needs without turning down any of their demands. Thus, our ties that have never been broken are revealed. The XPM78/1 is one of the best examples of this.

It gave us great pleasure to see our yacht, which we uncovered with great effort and effort, again after a year.

We continue our work with V2 and 85. We are looking forward to bringing our new works together with us as soon as possible.

The 78/2 has quite different characteristics compared to the first version. Our models, which can be improved all the time, can be shaped according to the wishes and demands of our customers and transformed into different structures.

We will briefly summarize the developments in 78/2 this week.

For the hoses of central and regional bilge pumps, there must be tenon transitions in the forward cabin frames. Therefore, the transitions were opened using 75 punches. A wick was placed around the opened tenons. The purpose of using the wick is to ensure that materials such as cables and hoses passing through the tenon are not damaged. Then, a 50 mm flat bar was mounted between 2 longitudinal elements at the level of the tenons. 40 mm clamps will be fixed to these flat bar with a rivet machine.

The cable for the bilge pumps was drawn 14 meters from the port side and 20 meters from the starboard from the X3 panel.

13 meters of cable was mounted from the X3 panel to the master cabin port bilge pump and 9 meters of cable to the starboard bilge pump. 15 meters of cable was mounted to the port bilge pump of the guest cabin and 21 meters to the starboard side.

From the engine room, 22 meters of cable was installed for the bilge pump from the port side and 22 meters of cable was installed from the starboard side to the bilge pump. 32 meters of installation was made from the engine room to the black water pump. 32 meters of installation was made from the engine room to the gray water pump. 19 meters of cable from the X3 panel to the chain black water pump and 19 meters of the gray water pump were installed.

19m cable was mounted to forwarding cabin drain pump.

18m cable has been installed to the guest cabs drain pump. Installation of bilge pumps cables is in progress.

Tests of the forward cabin starboard freshwater tank and the master cabin mid-fuel tank have started. The test result will be completed after the engineer's control. There may be an air leak during the tests. In order to detect this leakage, white foam is sprayed on the welding line and observation is made on the line. Bubbles form when air leaks. Repairs are made in the area where the bubble is formed. The test of the forward lateral fuel tank located on the starboard side of the master cabin will be started.

Blackwater and gray water tanks were placed and a foundation was made for the tanks. The purpose of the foundation; is tank fixing. Since the foundation is made of aluminum, it is covered with 3 mm EPDM insulation tape on the contact surface of the tank and the foundation in order not to damage the tank.

If we examine the developments related to furniture,

Floor drawings were made in the Master Cabin. the bed construction stage has been started. The radius process on the berth and starboard foreheads of the bed is completed.

 

The front surface piece with drawers in front of the forehead was cut, the side port and starboard radius pieces were glued and joined.

Bed side and front drawer fronts were compressed with the help of glue and left to dry.

Wardrobe inner drawers were made and the assembly was completed.

In MasterCabin, the production phase of wardrobes between FR 12 and FR 13 frames has started.

In the Master Cabin, the bed base is under construction between FR 10 - FR 12 frames and it will be placed inside.

In the forward cabin, the cover of the bed plinth is covered and sanding is done to move on to the paint stage.

In MasterCab, the bed was placed on the ground between FR 10 - FR 12 frames.
