XPM 78 V.02 WEEKLY REPORT
Helicoil connection was made to the tank flanges. The Klingrit gasket was attached and the tank cover was mounted. This process was done for the 2-day fuel tank in the engine room.

Two fresh water tanks in the guest cabin were tested. Repairs were made in the area where an air leak was detected as a result of the tank test. White foam is sprayed on the welding line to detect air leakage, bubbles form in any air leakage. It is repaired with the help of welding where it is formed.

Deformation has occurred on the saloon deck due to hot processes. In order to correct the deformation, first of all, the surfaces where the deformation occurs are determined and marked by using a flat faceplate, which we call a gauge.

Then, with the help of a jack, pressure is applied to the deck from the underside,and heat treatment is done. Thus, the deformation is eliminated.

In line with the customer's request, 2 bilge areas in the master cabin, starboard and port, were reduced to one. For this, a dam was made in the bilge area and a weld Access hole was opened from the next frame. The reason for this is that the accumulated water will not be able to pass to the middle of the boat thanks to the barrier and will flow from the curb to the bilge area in front of it. Thanks to the bilge pump in this area, the accumulated water will be thrown out of the boat.

Since the saloon deck prevents the entrance of the master cabin, the cutting process was carried out with the spiral machine.
PPRC pipe will be used for filling freshwater tanks. For the assembly of PPRC pipes, the pipe clamps were first fixed to the side using a rivet machine. Then PPRC pipes were mounted to these clamps.

Next week plan;
A nesting plan will be created for the hardtop connection. Then the assembly of the connection will begin.
GUEST CABIN FRESH WATER TANK TESTS WILL CONTINUE. Additionally, flanges will be made to fix grey water and black water polyethylene tanks in the guest cabin.
